Electron and chrome update, original dark mode

It is major update in my opinion since it updates electron and thus chrome couple versions up. I also pulled all what's on master branch on original repo, and fixed my transparent mode. Both dark modes work. To use transparent mode, Franz's dark mode must be off.

Franz will now change service theme on startup to match that selected in settings.
Also fixed slack loading problems.
