About The Pull Request

Adds the Street Sweeper. They start with a little room/supply closet above the clinic, which has a barrel of water, some sacks and burial shrouds, a cart, soap, cloth, buckets and a broom. Their job is to be the street cleaner of the town, keeping all the miasma, rot and refuse away from the town.

Why It's Good For The Game

Keeping the town clean is a pretty important thing, especially with how miasma works. It makes no sense why a town like Vanderlin doesnt have any cleaners that keep the town presentable, especially since it is a major port city.
