api_key_env and the [watch] / KIMI_CODE_WATCH kill switch are new user-facing configuration capabilities, not refinements to existing behavior. The changelog sync workflow classifies new flags, options, and capabilities as Features; leaving both under Polish makes the 2.0.1 release categorization misleading. Move them to a Features section, splitting the bounded-scan fix from the watcher control if needed, and mirror the classification in Chinese because the English changelog is the source of truth.
