Panic in Context's read_line() Method

Getting a StringError("Unable to set Termios attribute.") panic from this specific line when attempting to run Ion in one thread, while tokio_signal is reading Ctrl+C signals in another thread.

This is probably a bug in Termion.

Interestingly, it only happens when running Ion via cargo run.

Found that this also happens when using perf stat/record.
