Adds a medkit that can be printed from the medbay protolathe with plastic and reskinned into a few variants with unique sprites from actual medkits.
It's not an actual a medkit subtype to prevent medical from mass-producing medibots with these, storage is also limited to a list taken from actual medkits so they aren't just "free" boxes.
