Hi, I'm Muslimah. A Product Manager with a background in software engineering. I care about how systems actually work in the real world, especially where technology meets messy human behaviour.
This portfolio is a collection of products, case studies, and small experiments I've built while exploring questions around usability, accessibility, AI-assisted workflows, and service design.
Some of these projects are production work. Others are prototypes and experiments designed to test an idea or understand a problem better.

A citizen-first GovTech concept platform designed to simplify access to social services using GDS-aligned service design principles.

A SaaS telecom operations dashboard designed to streamline subscription management, SIP provisioning, and reseller billing workflows.
