A query I received by email, I very quickly adapted some code I had that I had used for this purpose. Very rough and ready, not fancy or detailed or in depth in any way, but enough to "get the job done", which is usually what the researchers in question are after the many times I have received similar questions. Thought it was worth chucking in here and sourcing opinions.
