new tests are performed using two days of MERRA2 three hourly forcing

run on hera

yes. The forcing is new, so the baseline is new at /scratch1/NCEPDEV/stmp2/Anning.Cheng/FV3_RT/rt_443651/merra2_hf_thompson_intel
