Description
The UFS_UTILS hash in the global-workflow is ae64734 from Aug 22. There have been a few commits since that should be updated in the global-workflow, including an update for an NSST parameter to be consistent with the ufs-weather-model (ufs-community/UFS_UTILS#1108) from @XuLi-NOAA.
