retrieve the plan for how to make the .gitignore that way it can be used for enhancements at a latter date
* updated-.gitignores: note name replace explanation
the explanation file remains gone, and removes the note that was made via a rename
make copied .gitignores, made to store the ones before the first merge
* updated-.gitignores: Revert "note name"
Put the most recent .gitignores into "enhance .gitignore files"
