remove label event as unused

as the part converting the object to a button is now in the function, the part within the methods was removed
Modified his code, ultimately all I did was make it slightly more consolidated by bringing in a few principles from my own code. Like I said, his is uncanilly similar. Honestly, the only reason they aren't compatible for a merge request is due to the ordering of events for sorting, and maybe a for minor differences
This readme contains the information necessary to contain the information for adding the additional things to Husams code
add the initial system that will be for sandwhiches (names and prices aren't right, but functionality should be the same, so for a test...)
