Summary
This PR is part of the effort to merge the corresponding InferenceX DSV4 recipe definitions into srt-slurm. It adds the B300 SGLang STP and MTP recipe matrices associated with:
Until this PR is merged, the InferenceX configurations keep and use their own checked-in recipes while pinning the current srt-slurm
main; they do not fetch this PR branch. After merge, a follow-up can replace those copies with the recipes available on srt-slurmmain.
