This PR is part of the effort to merge the Kimi K2.6 B200 Dynamo vLLM configurations in SemiAnalysisAI/InferenceX#2360 by adding their recipes to srt-slurm.
The recipes use the pinned vLLM v0.25.1 image as shipped, without setup hooks or runtime engine patches.
