Redesign GitHub README to the new Nadir brand - #79

Reskin the GitHub page to the new website's editorial brand system (cream paper, navy serif, terracotta accents, coastal line-art motifs) and lead with the "lowest viable model, verified" narrative. - New brand SVG suite in docs/images/: banner, how-it-works (Route/Verify/Escalate), proof (benchmark stats), routing-flow, architecture, usage-distribution; refreshed social-preview. - Replace the off-brand banner.png, architecture.png, routing-flow.png, and the lime-green matplotlib usage pie with on-brand vectors. - Add "How NadirClaw works" and "Benchmarks — proof, not promises" sections; keep all functional docs intact. Numbers use the documented RouterBench figures (-60% cost, 98.3% quality, AUROC 0.961, 1.7% catastrophic) — no marketing-eval conflation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Remove the now-unreferenced banner.png, architecture.png, routing-flow.png and the lime-green matplotlib usage pie, all replaced by on-brand SVGs.
