When CTest failures trigger a rerun, the exit code from the initial failure was previously retained even if the rerun passed. This caused the CI job to fail despite successful retries. This change ensures that overall_exit_code is reset to 0 if the rerun command succeeds, while preserving the failure code if the rerun also fails. Updated Linux, Mac, and Windows build jobs.
Updated the 'upload-artifact' path in linux, macos, and windows build jobs to specifically match 'OpenStudio-*.tar.gz'. This prevents dependency tarballs (EnergyPlus, Radiance, etc.) from being included in the OpenStudio installer artifact, ensuring the uploaded asset is a single file as expected.
