Updates Python/Pixi dependency declarations to include pandas explicitly and bump zarr, plus adds build-tool dependencies for Pixi environments.

Changes:

• Add pandas to project runtime dependencies and Pixi package set.
• Bump zarr minimum version from 3.1.6 to 3.2.0 in both pip and Pixi dependency lists.
• Add Pixi system dependencies (c-compiler, cxx-compiler, pkg-config) for native builds.
