Add Atlas Cloud as an optional AI backend

Summary

• add an OpenAI-compatible AI provider config layer for the core MCP server
• keep OpenRouter as the default backend, while allowing OPEN_BRAIN_AI_PROVIDER=atlascloud with ATLASCLOUD_API_KEY / ATLAS_CLOUD_API_KEY
• document the Atlas Cloud setup path in the existing getting-started and assistant context docs
• add a focused provider config smoke test for the Atlas/OpenRouter defaults and selected endpoint usage

Validation

• node test-ai-provider-config.mjs
• npm test
• git diff --check
• verified Atlas Cloud live model catalog includes qwen/qwen3.5-flash and deepseek-ai/deepseek-v4-pro

Notes

• OpenRouter remains the default path for existing deployments.
• This does not add sponsor, logo, credits, or partner sections.
