Adds a Codex-native Ringer orchestration skill, built-in sandboxed Claude worker support, host installers, model attribution, documentation, configuration, and tests. This enables Sol Advanced to retain planning and acceptance ownership while delegating bounded work to Claude and other agents. Validation: all 222 unit tests passed under WSL2, and the live Claude worker probe passed on its first attempt.
