This PR implements the pool states (Active, On-Ice, Frozen) across the DApp, reflecting the states used in the smart contracts. It includes UI updates to show state indicators and logic to restrict certain actions based on the pool's current state.
Key Changes:
State Mapping: Updated NekoLendingAdapter and fetching hooks to handle all contract states.
UI Indicators: Added color-coded status badges to pool cards, detail pages, and tables.
Action Restrictions: Disabled actions like Deposit and Borrow for On-Ice/Frozen pools to ensure protocol safety.
Safety Checks: Integrated state-based validation in the PoolActionModal.
Closes #174
