This PR introduces a real-time On-chain Activity Feed to the Dashboard, providing users with a clear history of their interactions with the Neko Protocol.

Key Features:

Hybrid Data Source: Combines Horizon operations and Soroban contract events for a complete history.
Interactive UI: Users can filter their history by activity type (e.g., only Deposits or Borrows).
Auditability: Every transaction includes a direct link to Stellar Expert for verification.
Mobile Optimized: Seamless experience across all device sizes.
Polling System: Automated background updates to keep the feed fresh.
Changes:

NEW ActivityFeed.tsx: Main UI component for the feed.
NEW activity.service.ts: Core indexing and parsing logic.
NEW useActivityFeed.ts: React Query hook for data fetching.
MOD Dashboard.tsx: Integrated the feed below user positions.
Verification:

Tested with active wallet addresses to ensure correct mapping of payment and invoke_host_function operations.
Validated empty states and loading skeletons.
Verified Stellar Expert link generation for Testnet and Mainnet.
