Updated Viz.js to latest version 3.3.1, including the changes required to code for significant differences between latest version and previous version from 2018.
Set tooltip value to blank hide the tooltips Removed previous code that stripped out tooltips defaulting to node name, as now with updated Viz.js version we can actually directly set the tooltip.

Updated Viz.js to latest version. The previous version had not been updated since 2018, but not the repository has been un-archived and the dev has started working on it again. A recent release has added image support back in, so we are now able to update.
Also removes the junk tooltips that have been plaguing us for a while, now that the new version supports this.
