New country abbreviation data source for better abbreviations in multiple languages

This pull request includes a new data source for the ISO 2 and 3 letter country abbreviations.

This includes countries in many non-English names so non-English country names can also be abbreviated.

Also fixed issue where if the country was the only thing in the place name it would mess up the abbreviation (e.g. "Brazil" showed as "BrazilBRA" instead of "BRA").

Fixes #534 and closes #515
