🚀 Installation

Frontend

1. Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/Nikhil-Dadhich/Instalytics.git
cd Instalytics/frontend

2. Install dependencies

npm install

3. Create .env file

VITE_API_URL=http://localhost:5000/api

4. Start development server

npm run dev

Backend

1. Navigate to backend folder

cd ../backend

2. Install dependencies

npm install

3. Create .env file

PORT=5000
MONGODB_URI=mongo_connect_string
APIFY_API_TOKEN=apify_api_sdhfiifdsjfdjf
NODE_ENV=development

4. Start server

🗄️ Caching

• All Instagram analytics data fetched from Apify API is cached in MongoDB.
• This reduces redundant API calls and improves dashboard performance.
• Cached data automatically refreshes based on configured cache duration.
