What does this PR do?
Adds Xpoz Social Intelligence optional skill. Enables real-time social OSINT and AI SDR workflows (X, Instagram, Reddit) via Xpoz Remote MCP without adding core dependencies.

Test lead gen: hermes -q "Use xpoz to find 5 people talking about MCP on X, filter bots."
Confirm agent uses isInauthenticProbScore and specific fields for efficiency.
