Confirmed this works nicely. Holding off on merging for now as we're discussing if we might want support overriding names in MWSE natively, so it doesn't need to be mod specific. Will get back to you at some point, if a native MWSE solution doesn't emerge then I'll merge this. |

With Rational Names installed, attribute/skill tooltips show technical name of items contributing to the stat with the prefix added by RN. This PR implements using RN's interop to get item's display name if it's installed.
