  • Describe steps in CONTRIBUTING.md
  • Add script adjust-release-branch.sh
  • Add script start-release.sh
  • Remove obsolete script format-markdown.sh
  • Use markdownlint-cli2 --fix in npm script format-markdown, do not fix published spec versions
