The Job Panel could be fine-tuned a bit so that it gives a better overview for monitoring:

Allow more information to be displayed (and chosen via a column selector or so)
Sort by Last update by default (if Last update is not given, fill with submitted date so that it sorts better)
Pre-define some common views that shows certain columns and hides others?
- Default: as is
- Monitoring: sort by last update, hide certain actions, hide submitted, show usage metrics etc.
