Added LST correction support (using openet-core v0.2.0).
Other changes:
- Removed Landsat Collection 1 support
- Renamed Landsat_C02_SR class to Landsat C02_L2 to better match collection naming
- Removed scene export tool
- Switched from setup.py to pyproject.toml
