added support for an additional argument to pixel pilot
--dvr-sequenced-filesto prepend a sequence number to the dvr files when recording dvr.This feature auto detects tha last sequence number from all the files present in the directory where dvr files are added and adds 1 to it. It then prepends this new number to the new dvr file being generated when recording is started.
