• change JRRD2 to use librrd instead of librrd_th now that RRDtool 1.6 is thread-safe
• packaging changes for debian and RPM builds to handle the update

JRRD2 2.0.3

This is a minor update to JRRD that adds better support for finding the JRRD .so file at runtime. It also fixes the library name on Mac OS X.
