fix:add the response for save doctor data

JIRA ID: AMM-1851

Currently, when a doctor saves prescription data for a beneficiary, the API does not include the generated prescriptionIds in the response.
To enhance data tracking and integration with sms modules, we need to return these prescriptionIds in the API response.
