  1. Move the model hyperparameters(?) stride and scale_factor under WPODNet.
  2. Refine the structure of Prediction.
  3. Add helper function load_wpodnet_from_checkpoint, which directly loads WPODNet with given checkpoint.
  4. Rewrite tests.
  5. Remove ImageStreamer as it's irrelevant to WPODNet.
