Site Note: I am not sure but given how big the project is I plan to split this up into multiple prs if that's ok. That would ease up the implementation and testing. |

This PR adds nullness annotations (jspecify) and with it proper kotlin support.
I try to split this pr into multiple commits to make the review easier.
When this pr is merged I plan to stay and to maintain these annotations if wanted.
