docs: refresh CLAUDE.md parity status section #798

CLAUDE.md's "TypeScript Parity Status" still references #447–#452 as live; those closed on 2026-05-04. Replace with current open trackers and re-run ./run_parity_tests.sh for the up-to-date snapshot.
