add Farsi language and help title translated - soon create help persian, i have ideas for support phoca card for persian users. xml file just added language files

Wouldn't it be better to provide the ability to update translations on GitHub?

Of course, I plan to update the translation files for other Phoca Extensions and send them to you, because all your translation packages are old and have errors.

thank you for the translation.

Langauge files do not belong to core extension package but they should be installed manually. So the best way is just to have e.g. Github project for each language or all languages.

When there will be new version, just let me know, so I can update this website:
