Write a function that will print double digits of a given value preset in the closures.
Using the dataset from https://www.kaggle.com/mullervilmos/it-jobs answer the following:
- 1. What is the category with the most job postings, and how many are they?
- 2. Which city has the most job postings, and how many are they?
- 3. What is the most popular category in each city?
- Ignore any data that don't mention any cities
- Just choose the first city that fits the critria
- For question 3, if multiple categories are equally popular, just choose 1
