Summary

  • pass the frozen review brief to ordinary correctness lanes and keep unrelated repository observations non-blocking
  • expose neutral clean/findings actions plus the existing contract-conflict escape
  • skip Vulture when a historical range does not end at current HEAD
  • accept only an exact Deslop terminal envelope with Conformance first and decision last, preserving that shape through static cleanup and enforcing it again at closure acceptance
  • keep timeout failures, legacy No findings compatibility, and exact-envelope precedence over transcript marker strings
  • align the bundled skill and README with the structured action schema

Stack

Base: stack/wr-dqwcom36/11-wsl-unc-readonly (PR #54).

Status-path parity and follow-up prompt parity were intentionally resliced and are owned by downstream PR #57; those findings are not blockers for this slice.

Validation

  • full plugin suite: 653 passed
  • focused Deslop/runner owners: 49 passed
  • Ruff format/check: clean across 51 files
  • diff check: clean
  • Review Suite fast rvw_d9c68225: exact-head correctness classified clean; known follow-up item owned by PR Align review status and follow-up context #57; closure CONFORMS / clean; ladder complete
  • Prior conflicting reviewer interpretation is durably recorded in rvw_e0c3cdab as authorized-behavior / REPLAN
