Major reshuffle of the roadmap to reflect what is actually being worked on now and what is backlog: - Rename "OpenClaw" section to "OpenClaw / Hermes". - New primary-scope entries under plan execution: alternative simpler / wilder approaches, simulation, self-audit polish, original-insight check, and risk-register gaps on the plan-as-artifact. - Promote into Secondary issues: Railway volume kludge, AI-readable Gantt, markdown-vs-rendered-HTML report, standalone AI-consumption report, backtracing HTML comments, "how this plan was generated" report section, capture-reasoning, BYOK, MCP tweaks, CLI resume-from-zip, plan deletion (server+UI+MCP), and plan editing with both non-destructive (A) and destructive (B) options. - Drop the now-completed "Negative constraints" entry and the old MCP polishing / BYOK blocks (superseded by the new MCP tweaks section). - Low-priority: nicer progressbar (heartbeat + LLM-executor callback), Database gz -> zstd (moved from Tertiary), keep ToC + noisy user prompt log entries; drop the "debugging via Docker" note.
