## Railway volume kludge
## Rename table name

Currently the docker-compose.yml mounts the `/run` dir. Inside Railway it's ugly.
rename PlanItem (task_items) to (plan_items)

Get rid of the “/run” volume. And instead use the worker services file system.

## Show commit id

use the git commit + branch in the generated report, so I can troubleshoot what version of PlanExe was used.
