2. Applied the fork's dedicated proof: owned activity label as the controlled automation-owned mutation. The proof filter ignored that actor/label exactly as production filters ClawSweeper-owned activity. GitHub advanced updatedAt, but the structural source revision stayed identical. The scheduler admitted structural verification and the structural cache returned hit.
3. Edited the PR body as target-side activity. GitHub advanced updatedAt, the structural source revision changed, and the same exact-head decision failed open with source_changed.

This is controlled proof in a disposable public fork PR. It touched no production records, queues, workflows, review reports, or merge state.
