Summary
Updates the docs to reflect that PolyPay now supports Arbitrum One (42161) mainnet, not just Arbitrum Sepolia. Pairs with #289 (the contract + wiring + slim build).
Changes
docs/arbitrum-stylus.md— rewritten and trimmed to a user-facing page: overview, end-user notes (tokens, approval time, MetaMask), and on-chain addresses for both Arbitrum One and Sepolia. Dropped internal/developer detail (that lives inpackages/stylus/NOTES.md).docs/README.md— supported networks now lists Arbitrum (One mainnet & Sepolia), no longer "testnet only".docs/developer-documentation/README.md— network table adds Arbitrum One (42161, arbiscan.io).docs/how-to-use-polipay-app.md— intro says "Arbitrum" instead of "Arbitrum Sepolia (testnet)".Removed stale claims
