- Spud — a Discord bot that keeps a small team's task board up to date on its own: who's working on what, a heads-up when two people grab the same task, and a nudge when someone's work drifts off what they signed up for
- Result Lookup — Go/Redis exam-result API load tested at ~32k RPS with zero errors; the publish-gate + Postgres-fallback design is the closest I've come to surviving a production incident before it happens
- Narrative Guard — AI brand-voice auditing agent with per-brand RAG namespaces and server-enforced roles; the most complete multi-tenant product I've shipped end to end
- URL Health Checker — Go job queue built on
SELECT ... FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED, no external broker; convinced me Postgres alone can carry a queue further than I expected
