fix: update baimao canonical domain

Summary

• Update baimao rule to use the canonical bmmdm.com domain after baimaodm.com redirects there.
• Add an explicit referer matching the new domain.
• Bump rule version to 1.1.

Test

• Validated JSON with python -m json.tool.
• Requested search URL: https://www.bmmdm.com/s_all?ex=1&kw=%E5%A4%8F%E7%9B%AE
• Parsed 11 search result nodes with the existing XPath.
• First parsed result: 夏目友人帐 -> /show/259.html

这个 referer 是必须的吗，同一个站点经常有多个视频来源，在大多数情况下指定 referer 会起反作用

Thanks for the review. The referer is not required for the tested search/detail flow, and forcing it may indeed hurt other playback sources, so I removed the explicit referer from this PR.
