sudo cp /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist.backup
curl -Ls "https://archlinux.org/mirrorlist/all/https" | sed -e 's/^#Server/Server/' -e '/^#/d' | sudo tee /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist &>/dev/null
sudo pacman -S --noconfirm pacman-contrib && rankmirrors -n 6 /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist | sudo tee /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist &>/dev/null # This is optional. It may take a while.
sudo pacman -Syyu

This can be used on Arch Linux to update pacman mirrors with the https ones fetched from https://archlinux.org/mirrorlist/all/https

Alternatively, Reflector can be used with the --protocol https flag.
