Closing as a duplicate of #3272, which I closed on 2026-07-29 with a detailed explanation.

This diff deletes 1,055 lines across test/data-export.test.ts, test/goals-sync.test.ts and test/user-export.test.ts, leaving them truncated mid-function — it does not add error handling. This exact change has now been opened 18 times (#3281–#3298). Re-opening the same rejected change repeatedly is treated as spam.

Please read the feedback on #3272 before opening anything further, and run pnpm type-check && pnpm test locally first.
