* changed gitignore to ignore boost library * updated CMakeLists.txt for my librabries * made cpplint report no errors * integrated code coverage with CMake * updated README for lcov instructions. updated .gitignore to ignore swp files * got course unittests mostly complete * added Department unittests * done with initial testing files --------- Co-authored-by: Richard Cruz-Silva <[email protected]>
