Creates the November 2025 changelog documenting the new rich Slack notifications feature. When Promptless creates documentation suggestions, users now receive rich notifications in Slack showing key details (title, description, assignees, trigger, files changed) with "Publish" and "View PR" buttons for quick action. This streamlines the workflow by allowing users to review and merge small suggestions directly from Slack.
