Adds tests, and first tests are for bscan images.
This shows that the images from the dicom are what is shown in the saved images (both in data dictionary and previewed/saved images).
Also example test is added to show generic example.
Modifies requirements to use pytest (and pytest-cov for if we want coverage later, and same with tox for integration with github workflows -- more just a reminder for later)
This completes the "Verify bscan pixel fidelity" task
