- Checks if the SD card is inserted, as well as attempting to start it up separately to the filesystem. This helps separate SD card hardware issues from filesystem issues.
- Add an estimated time remaining to update downloads.
- Support newline in error output.
- Check extracted ZIP size before extracting any files, to make sure we don't run out of space halfway through extracting an update.
