If you discover a vulnerability in OUR IMPLEMENTATION:

1. Do NOT create public issues regarding security vulnerabilities
2. Email security reports to: [[email protected]] (enable PGP encryption if available)
3. Include detailed reproduction steps and impact analysis
4. We will:
   • Acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
   • Provide regular status updates
   • Release patches after thorough validation

• Initial Response: <48 hours
• Public Disclosure: Coordinated with reporter
• Critical Fixes: Patched within 72 hours of verification
• Non-critical Fixes: Addressed in next scheduled release

This policy only covers vulnerabilities in:

• Our data handling implementation
• Educational content generation code
• Authentication/authorization flows

Excluded from scope:

• Theoretical vulnerabilities without proof-of-concept
• Discord platform/server-related issues
• Social engineering attacks

This project maintains:

• Strict adherence to Discord API rate limits
• Data minimization practices (only stores essential educational materials)
• Regular audits of data processing activities

All security updates will prioritize maintaining compliance with Discord's Developer Terms of Service and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
